What documents do I need to attend PAG XXIX?

Proof of an FDA approved or World Health Organization authorized full vaccination, along with proof of a COVID-19 negative molecular test (PCR, NAT/NAAT, or RT-LAMP) taken within 72 hours, is required for all individuals to enter the Conference Center at PAG XXIX.

 

When can I start to upload my documents?

You can upload your proof of vaccination documentation at any time. Proof of a COVID-19 negative test can be uploaded January 5, 2022 at the earliest, as they must be taken within 72 hours of travel to the meeting.

 

Where do I upload my documents via text? What if I did not receive/can’t find the text?

Please text “Hi” to 855-559-2391 from a US-based mobile phone number to start the process. Note, you must use the same device for the entire process, so please be sure it is the same device you will have onsite when uploading proof of a negative Covid test.

What if I do not have a US-based mobile phone number to upload and receive sms texts? How do I upload my documents?

If you have a smartphone or tablet with a web browser and internet access (there will be free wifi onsite), you can click on the link www.intlpag.org/covid-screening to start the process. Note, you must use the same device for the entire process, so please be sure it is the same device you will have onsite, when uploading proof of a negative Covid test.

What if I cannot upload my documents via either text or web browser (on a smartphone or tablet)?

Please see a PAG representative onsite at the Flamingo Lawn (formerly Lion Fountain Court) and we will assist in uploading and manually verifying your documents.

 

I need help with one of the following techical issues: Device Security Error or Blank Screen After Tapping The Screening Link.

  • Device Security Error: Tokens expire for security purposes. Request a new token (link) by texting "Hi" to 855-559-2391.
  • Blank Screen After Tapping The Screening Link: This is a carrier level block of text messaging from an 800 number. If time permits, you can call your carrier and ask that the block be removed, or you can see a PAG representative onsite to assist in uploading your documents via another device.

 

What if I need help with a techical issue not listed here?

There is Online Help Center Information here that will assist you with troubleshooting. When will I receive an approval that my documents are validated, so that I can proceed and get a wristband?

Approvals will begin January 5, 2022. Onsite, we expect approvals will take approximately 5-20 minutes (during conference hours).

 

I uploaded via a web browser and can’t find a validation email. What email address was it sent from?

It will be sent from an email address ending in @42chat.com


How do I enter the Conference Center? Where do I go to get a wristband?

Once you complete the verification process and your documents are validated and approved (see above) please proceed to the Flamingo Lawn (formerly Lion Fountain Court) to show your approval screen and get a wristband.

Do I need to wear my wristband at the Opening Reception and Final Banquet?

Yes, wristbands are required at all times while in the Conference Center, which includes the Exhibit Hall, Poster Areas, and all Workshop Rooms and Ballrooms.

 

What if I lose my wristband?

Please see a PAG representative onsite at the Flamingo Lawn (formerly Lion Fountain Court) and we will assist you in replacing your wristband.

 

What if I need to take a pre-meeting COVID test onsite?

If you require a pre-meeting test, please visit www.intlpag.org/covid-testing to schedule an onsite appointment. 

 

What is the deadline for scheduling a free pre-meeting test onsite

Pre-meeting tests will be free if scheduled before 12/20, otherwise there is an $90 fee. Payment is required at time of testing. Please visit www.intlpag.org/covid-testing to schedule an onsite appointment. Please see www.intlpag.org/covid-testing-info for additional information regarding testing.

 

What if I need to take a post-meeting COVID PCR test for travel purposes?

If you require a post-meeting PCR test for travel, please visit www.intlpag.org/covid-testing to schedule an onsite appointment. Onsite Standard PCR test $180 (results available by 12:00 noon the next day) / Onsite Rapid PCR test - $280 (results available in 4-6 hours). Payment required at time of testing. Please see www.intlpag.org/covid-testing-info for additional information regarding testing.

 

What hours is the COVID-19 Screening Area Open?

The COVID-19 Screening Area will be open the same hours as Registration.

The HealthShield system we are using for the screening process is built by 42Chat, a nationally recognized leader in A.I. chatbot deployment. HealthShield is GDPR compliant and US Commerce Department “Privacy Shield” compliant. The security measures meet or exceed all current industry standards and the information we are capturing is information that is required by state regulations.
