Submission Information

The method to submit your Digital Tools and Resources Abstract is similar to that of Poster Abstracts

Presenters must be registered for the conference prior to submitting.

Abstracts should include URLs for online resources, or links to downloads/source code and licensing information for software.

Digital Tools and Resources Demo abstracts will be evaluated once the submission deadline has passed. Abstracts are evaluated based on several criteria. In order of importance:

  • Relevance to PAG attendees
  • Distinctiveness of topic relative to other submitted/accepted abstracts
  • Time since a similar demo was presented at a previous PAG.
  • Non-profit status of submitting organizations.

Applicants will be notified of their abstract acceptance status and time slot and demo duration (either 15 or 20 minutes) within two weeks of the submission deadline. The final schedule will be posted to the PAG website in December.
