Exhibit space will be assigned based on support level, history and then on a first-come, first-served basis according to the date upon which the application and deposit are received.
Space assignment begins the first week of October 2023. NO assignments will be made without a deposit and completed application.

The PAG 31 directory will be online in October 2023.
Companies interested in exhibiting, may wish to veiw the directory of vendors who recognize the immense value of PAG and attended in 2023.
Ordering Exhibitor Services / Exhibitor Manual
Exhibitor services are handled by GES who provides an online exhibitor manual and ordering site. Information regarding requests for decorating (furniture, carpeting, draped tables, signage, etc.), labor, utility, floral services, as well as links for computer and audio/visual rentals and services will be provided as we get closer to the show date.
Order GES services by December 28 for best pricing.

Lead Retrieval Services
The PAG Leads App is a free downloadable app, designed for exhibitors to track leads. Using an iPhone or Android device, an exhibitor can simply use their own smart phone to track leads, qualify leads and follow up on these leads even after the conference. Apple or Android devices with a rear facing camera supported.
The PAG Leads App can be used to Capture, Qualify and Manage leads:
- Capture contact info for prospects stopping by your booth
- Annotate notes based on discussions with prospects
- Ask qualifying questions, customized by you, and record their responses
- View/export your leads online during and after the meeting
Each exhibitor will receive 2 complimentary licenses, which allows 2 users to download and use the PAG Leads App on their own device. Corporate sponsors will receive an additional 2 complimentary licenses, for a total of 4.
Additional Options
- Additional user licenses can be purchased at $50 per license.
- iPod touch rentals with with PAG Leads preloaded will be avilable for onsite pickup for $100 (plus a refundable deposit of $200 per device).

Exhibitor Directory Listing
A listing in the online directory and interactive floorplan is complimentary to all exhibitors. This includes display of your company name, address, booth number, phone, fax, website, company description and product categories. Additional branding opportunities are available.
The Exhibitor Dashboard will be Online October 2023.
Exhibitor Registration
Each exhibiting company is allowed four (4) Exhibitor Badges per booth.
Additional badges can be purchased for $500 each. Each exhibitor will receive an email with a URL link for registering exhibitor staff in December 2023.
On-Site Registration opens Saturday, January 13, at 12:00pm and will be available through set-up and exhibit hours. All company representatives are required to wear badges while in the exhibit area.
Exhibitor Badges entitle the bearer to attend the full scientific program and all food functions, except the Closing Banquet on Wednesday. Tickets to the Closing Banquet can be purchased for $60 each on-site, if you wish to attend.
Exhibitors who wish to submit an abstract receive a discounted rate of $500. Limit of 4 badges at the discounted rate. Additional badges beyond 4 are available for purchase at the standard industry rate. Please email This email address is being protected from spambots. Meeting Room Reservations
A limited number of meeting spaces have been set aside for exhibitors (and attendees) who may request them. Meetings up to 1 hour are complimentary. For meetings over one hour and up to a maximum of 3 hours, there is a space rental fee of $350, and meeting of 3-6 hours is $500.
Meeting rooms will be primarily at the Town & Country Hotel. However, some may be located at the nearby Legacy International (our official overflow hotel). Shuttle buses will be provided.
A/V services and catering is not included, but can be arranged. To reserve a space, please fill out a form (link below) and a representative will contact you.

Exhibitor Housing
